Acumatica is hiring a Cloud Developer for our team in Belgrade, Serbia!

About the role:

In this role, you will primarily work on our growing AI services. Acumatica provides a number of AI-based capabilities including recognition of vendor invoices, recognition of expense receipts, intelligent text completion, anomaly detection in various business data, etc. Usual flow consists of collecting and reorganizing data within Acumatica website, sending it to the cloud for processing with AI services, receiving responses, performing required post-processing with or without user interaction. You will be mostly working on the cloud-based infrastructure in close connection with analysts, backend developers, ML engineers and QA.
 

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and improving the existing cloud infrastructure in AWS.
• Handling communication between Acumatica ERP sites and 3rd-party services like Azure Document Recognition, Firebase, etc.
• Designing and developing communication protocols, deploying ML models, performing in-cloud data processing, creating incoming data and results storage solutions.
• Working on continuous integration and provisioning, writing unit tests, designing integration tests.

Desirable skills:

• 4+ years of experience in developing applications for cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or Azure), knowledge of automated application deployment on AWS will be a plus.
• Significant C# development experience (4+ years).
• Ability to read Python code, ability to use SQL.
• Experience in teamwork with version control systems (preferably Git).
• Strong knowledge of the principles, patterns, and design of complex software systems, and the ability to apply them in practice.
• Experience in complex business solutions (ideally ERP, Financial, Supply Chain, E-commerce, CRM, or other business management software).
