Our Application Team – Field Services is looking for a Lead QA Engineer to join our team in Serbia!
About the role:
As Lead QA Engineer, you will be part of the Acumatica Engineering team and be involved in all aspects of the end-to-end QA function. This is a functional lead role, related to workload distribution and team guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Team leadership activities (workload distribution, reviews, tech decisions related to QA, performance reviews, focus on knowledge improvement across the team).
- Develop and maintain a QA testing strategy for ERP module that aligns with project timelines and company objectives.
- Making key decisions to boost our QA team's efficiency without compromising on work quality.
- Evaluate current QA practices and processes, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Organize and facilitate ongoing training and professional development opportunities for the QA team.
- Work closely with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure that testing objectives are aligned with business needs and product requirements.
- Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology or relevant Qualification.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a QA leading role.
- At least 3 years of experience in web application tests automation and documentation (C#/Java & Selenium).
- Nice to have:
- Experience managing remote teams or/and international teams;
- Performance testing experience;
- Test management suite experience;
- Experience with ERP application modules and/or CRM systems;
- ISQTB or any similar certificate;
- Basic Business English is required for this role.
- Automation Tools – Selenium WebDriver, С#, Hyper-V.
- Source control system – GIT/STASH/BAMBOO.
- Bug tracking system – JIRA.
- Database management tools – MS SQL/MySQL.
- CICD system.
