Acumatica is looking for a (Senior) Product Manager with expertise in Payments and business software. The product manager will help build payment offering incorporating experience and knowledge of latest development in the payments space. The product manager will consider the different payment methods, prioritize integration and experience with our Cloud ERP system while enabling a seamless and productive experience for our customers.
This is a remote (work from home) opportunity.  

What the Job Entails:
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends and potential areas for product innovation or enhancement.
  • Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gain feedback and insights that shape our long-term product roadmap, as well as identify areas for improvement beyond the features and functions of the product.
  • Develop and refine the product vision strategy in alignment with the company’s vision and market opportunities.
  • Create and present well-thought-out business cases for new opportunities that include market sizing, pricing models, packaging strategies, positioning, and expected outcomes to be measured.
  • Provide the leadership to drive your long-term roadmap to short-term delivery that promotes growth within the product line(s) you are responsible for.
  • Work closely with Technical Product Managers to plan our releases, aligning priorities with our business objectives and long-term roadmap.
  • Foster a culture of trust and empowerment within the entire delivery team, including other Product Managers, BAs, Architects, and Development teams.
  • Develop and Manage discovery documents, product related presentations, demo scripts, and other sakes tools used by partner enablement and sales teams.
  • Define and communicate expected outcomes and performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, while monitoring performance to ensure objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure a unified GTM (Go-To-Market) approach and deployment.
  • Consistently present strategic plans and progress reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Develop competitive analysis and positioning to ensure our products resonate with our customers and drive market leadership.
  • Provide release support and training to internal customer-facing teams as well as 3rd party partner channels.
  • Assess 3rd party solution providers for fit in our marketplace ecosystem and/or as possible M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) opportunities.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Industry and Product.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the discipline of product management or product ownership.
  • Strong understanding of software development and web technologies.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, from conception and discovery to delivery and sustaining.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization across different time zones.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall development methodologies.

For this role, the salary range is $130,000- $150,000 annually. This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant elements. At Acumatica, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
