Acumatica is hiring a Vice President, Education! The purpose of this role is to manage Acumatica’s education assets worldwide, including curriculum, content, and delivery. These assets are used across a variety of audiences and play a foundational role in both compliance efforts and competency improvements across the partner ecosystem, as well as Acumatica’s end-user customer community. This is a full-time job and reports to the SVP Partner Programs and Strategy.

Responsibilities:

•             Become the go-to expert: Working with various subject matter experts in departments across Acumatica, set the appropriate curriculum framework for the delivery of content, and enable the delivery of content through online module, instructor-led online training, and in-person instruction.

Drive salient decisions on systems including but not limited to LMS, delivery mechanisms for content and content deliverables into “production.”

•             Keep Education at the fore of Acumatica’s offerings: Build a plan for how Acumatica ought to move education in the future – remain current on best practices related to Education delivery, create an Acumatica point-of-view and evolve Acumatica’s assets and offerings in line with it.

•             Ensure Compliance in a Dispersed Ecosystem: Set the direction and priority for, and execute the day-to-day management of, the plan to maintain badging and compliance as required by the regulatory and legal framework of the Partner Programs.

•             Help Partners and Customers Succeed by Staying Current: Create a competency framework against which assets can be created – separately to compliance assets – that offer both partner and customer end-users in various roles a path against which they can continuously improve.

•             Measure and Refine, to Continuously Improve: measure effectiveness and improve it over time across all educational assets; continuously analyze the competency of target audiences, making data-driven adjustments for maximum impact.

•             Lead and Manage: help a geographically dispersed, functionally diverse team of both direct and indirect reports, and emphasize informed decision-making; interface with the executive team members whose functions contain the subject matter experts and integrate fully the “education team” from education FTEs embedded across functions.

•             Bind to Acumatica’s DNA: foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization, promoting the value of education and its role in driving business success.

Qualifications:

•             Bachelor's degree in business and 10+ years of SaaS Education.

•             5+ years of experience with ERP education, mid-market, channel sales.

•            Experience working with, and delivering key initiatives for, C-level executives.

•             Demonstrable experience building an education function for a technology company. B2B SaaS and mid-market ERP both strong pluses.

•             Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.

•             Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design, with the ability to develop and deliver effective education programs.

•             Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functionally and take overall responsibility for outcomes in collaboration with other functions (e.g., within Partner Strategy & Programs, Marketing, CSMs, Sales, Consulting).

•             Ability to manage multiple discrete business functional areas simultaneously, each with unique challenges and stakeholders.

•             Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to shifting priorities.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
