Fast growing cloud ERP vendor (according to Gartner) - Acumatica is looking for ERP Post Sales Engineer who will be supporting and consulting company partners and end-users with Acumatica ERP Solution. The person at this role will work closely not only with clients, but also with Development Team helping identifying problem areas in the solution and contributing to product functionality and usability
The principal responsibilities of this role are:
Provide 3rd level support and troubleshoot issues pertaining to Acumatica solutions
Communicate effectively with individuals/partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of customer requests.
Transfer misdirected customer requests to an appropriate party.
Contribute ideas to resolve problems to better serve the customer and partners
Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
Offer solutions to issues that are often non-standard/non-routine and require some clarification.
Excellent client management and communication skills
Proficient in English
A good understanding of one of the below areas: Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing), Distribution (Opportunity, Proposal, Sales Orders, Forecasting), Inventory Management (Purchasing and Fulfillment) and/or CRM
Previous consulting experience with ERP system solutions such as Dynamics AX, Dynamics NAV, SAP, Oracle EBS, JD Edwards, Sage, Siebel or other is a huge advantage
Basic SQL knowledge
Familiarity with C# is a plus
Technical Support Experience is preferred.
