Acumatica is looking for a Director of Channel Partners to drive the Acumatica Partner Program. This includes evangelizing the overall external value proposition to partners, creating foundational business processes that define the program, and ensuring that partner managers, both internal and external, have a clear framework for partner engagement. This position involves direct interaction with Acumatica’s partners and internal partner account managers, as well as cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Services, and Finance.
What you will do:
Design, implement, and oversee the business processes which comprise the Acumatica partner programs, inclusive of Reseller Channel, ISVs, xRP, OEM, Academic, and other partner types as needed in future.
Work with internal stakeholders to build a scalable, tiered, and possibly fee-based program, with well-defined gives and takes, and a supporting framework for effective partner management.
Develop, maintain, and regularly report on partner program metrics that elucidate program effectiveness. These include but not limited to Partner Sales Performance, Certification trends and status, Partner TTP (Time to Productivity) and trends, KPIs monitoring Partner Progress and Downturns.
Ensure streamlined partnership licensing, support, and legal update processes.
Visibility of partnerships on Acumatica.com and portals
Outbound communications from Acumatica to our partners
Maintain internal and external communications to ensure visibility and understanding of partner program processes.
Maintain a consistent legal framework for partner relationships, and assist individual partner managers to work with legal on partner-specific contracts.
You are a great fit for this position if:
You have a BA/BS degree in business management, marketing, or other marketing/business related field. MBA preferred.
You have 5+ years in alliance program management and/or marketing.
You have large company experience that you would like to apply to a smaller team
You know how to build an action plan, laying out goals, strategies, tactics and timelines
You know how to listen, ask questions, and solve problems.
You are self-driven and realistic about your goals and the status of your pipeline.
You have exceptional organizational and communication skills.
